In this podcast, we share our fantastic experiences in St. Kitts, an island that truly surprised us. Here, we learned a lot about the Biosphere Reserve, indulged in a mango frenzy, met the Prime Minister, made friends, and finally climbed a volcano.

St. Mary's Biosphere Reserve
The UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of St. Mary's on St. Kitts was recognised in 2011. It covers 4,040 hectares, featuring cloud forests, mangroves, coral reefs, and important nesting beaches for the leatherback turtle. The reserve also encompasses the historic Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The area combines biodiversity protection with the preservation of cultural heritage. The site coordinator is Telca Wallace, who brought the region and its people very close to us and became a friend. Here are a few impressions.
